Terms of Use

• By using this app or submitting content to our team for inclusion in this app through any means, you agree to these Terms of Use & License Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Subscription

• You can subscribe for unlimited access to all content and features of the app.
• Prices and free trials vary by country and by subscription; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert. For the USA, weekly subscriptions are from $0.99 to $2.99 and subscriptions may include a 3 day free trial, depending on the subscription.
• Payment is charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (weekly, monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
• You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please visit http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 for more information.
• You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your iTunes Account Settings. However, you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
• Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Submissions

• You may publish or submit content for publication in the app via in-app features or via email to mmugilla@gmail.com.
• Submission or publication of objectionable content, or any form of abusive behavior towards users or the app team is not tolerated and will result in ejection from the platform.
• This includes pornography, hate speech, violence, bullying, copyright infringement and plagiarism, content that otherwise violates App Store policies, and content that is otherwise determined to be objectionable at the team's discretion.
• Submitted content may be reviewed and edited before publication to other users, at the app team's discretion.
• If you deem any content on the app to be objectionable or to violate your copyright, or would like to report abuse, please email mmugilla@gmail.com.
• Such reports will be acted upon within 24h.
• By submitting content, you retain ownership rights, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display and offer the content for download by users in connection with this app and related products and advertising.
• No compensation is offered for submissions or publication.
• Token prizes may be offered for notable submissions at the app team's sole discretion.
